Positive: Laity was beautiful. Clean , tidy and very cozy. As soon as we entered the cottage it felt like home. Such a fab location , everything we needed within a very short walk. We would highly recommend staying here. But I dont want it to get too popular as we want to come back. 😁

Negative: Not the cleanest to be fair, very damp. Half roll of toilet paper, one towel each, no tea or coffee at least as a welcome pack…one piece of kitchen foil in the griller….honestly we think the cleaner should be sacked 🙄

Positive: Great location for pubs and harbour. Very quaint cottage, old fashioned but very comfortable. Bed was amazingly comfortable with the sound of the stream outside. Facilities great. Lovely stay and would definitely book again 😁
Negative: Obviously the parking in Polperro is non existent. The parking for the cottage is quite a jaunt uphill. We unloaded and parked in the main car park 15 minutes away, £20 for 24hours ☹️

Negative: No welcome pack!! We arrived later than expected due to an accident on the M5 and couldnt get a meal anywhere so we had nothing until the next morning. Just a thought of a suggested welcome pack would of been amazing

Negative: The whole of the property needs a refurbishment A bit tatty in places that would benefit from some tittivation.

Positive: Perfect location, lovely village, lovely places to each (great food) and lovely locals that made you feel welcome
Negative: Accommodation requires a little love and care. Appreciate the building is old, but a coat of paint would not go amiss. It felt unloved. A good clean including wiping the dust from the four poster bed. No welcome pack of tea coffee etc not even a bar of soap All the little extras that make a place to stay even more enjoyable weren't there , like books, games. It felt like an investment property rather than a loved holiday home.
